Learn Arabic in minutes!
How would you like to be able to use the basics of Arabic confidently and accurately? With One Minute Arabic you can learn to do just that in short, easy-to-follow video lessons. You’ll learn just enough Arabic to express yourself in a variety of situations, and the course is the perfect starting point to get a taste of this wonderful language.
Who is it for?
If you don’t have much time to dedicate to learning Arabic, but want to learn the basics, then this course is for you.
If you’re looking for an easy introduction to the language with a view to learning more at a later date then, again, this course is for you.
One Minute Arabic will not make you a fluent speaker, but if you follow the ten short lessons and thoroughly learn all the words and phrases covered, you will be well on your way to interacting with native speakers. And remember, learning a language does not necessarily mean becoming fluent…
Even a few words and phrases can help you get to know native speakers, make the most of your trip to an Arabic-speaking country, or even become more successful in your business dealings. One thing is guaranteed: your efforts will be very much appreciated!
What will I learn?
You’ll learn how to communicate in basic Arabic. You’ll learn about the pronunciation of the language and to use it in a variety of situations. The topics covered are as follows:
- Greetings
- Useful everyday words
- Saying that you speak a little Arabic
- Saying that you don’t understand
- Saying that you’re learning Arabic
- Introducing yourself and asking other people “what is your name?”
- Saying it’s nice to meet someone
- Counting from 1-10
- Asking “how are you?” and answering this question
- Useful phrases for different times of the year
Again, this course won’t make you fluent in Arabic, but you will develop a thorough understanding of the words and phrases taught in the topic areas listed above. If you can learn to use these basics with confidence and conviction, you’ll make a great impression on any native speakers you come across on your holiday or business trip to an Arabic-speaking country.
